November 15, 2023 marks School Board Members Day in Illinois. We are thankful to our board members for their commitment to education. Our board members spend multiple hours each month on district work, attending meetings, and other responsibilities most will never hear or read about. Last week, young adventurers from Mrs. Kimball's and Miss Brewer's class at Franklin Preschool took a field trip to The Great Pumpkin Patch! 🌾🚜
They hopped on a wagon ride, made some new furry friends while observing a variety of farm animals, and enjoyed a picnic lunch. 🐮🐔🥪
At the end of the day, each student got to take home their very own mini pumpkin as a souvenir. 🧡🎃
Everyone had a fantastic time! 🤗✨
